Your team, organised before the bus leaves.

Team management runs everything around the games: a calendar that fills itself with the league schedule, practices on your ice times, attendance replies with deadlines and reminders, parents answering for their kids, a fair duty roster for home games, and a squad that turns into the official lineup with one tap. News, carpools and calendar feeds for everyone’s phone come on top.

Who uses it: Coaches, team managers, players and parents.

How it works

  1. The calendar fills itself

League games arrive from the schedule with times, rinks and opponents; practices follow your ice times, with exceptions and cancellations.

  2. Everyone replies

Yes, no or maybe before a deadline the coach sets, with reminders before it runs out.

  3. Parents answer for their kids

One login, all their children, one inbox. Each child gets its own reply.

  4. Pick the squad

The coach picks from the yes replies, with licence, age class and suspension checks, and turns the squad into the official lineup.

  5. Staff the home game

The duty roster fills scorekeeper, timekeeper, penalty box and announcer, plus kiosk, laundry and drivers.

What you can do

A calendar that fills itself

League games from the schedule, practices from your ice times, all in one calendar per person across teams and children, with clash warnings.

Replies with deadlines
Opt-in or opt-out, a deadline per event, automatic reminders, and planned absences like holidays answered automatically.
Parents as delegates
Parents and guardians log in with their own account and answer for their children; the child can take over later.
A fair duty roster
Duties are offered to whoever has done the fewest this season, with reminders three days and one day before. Accepted table duties open the seat in the game room.
Squad to lineup
From the yes replies to the official lineup in one step, with eligibility checks on the way.
News, carpools and feeds
Pinned news, automatic final-score posts, seats to away games, and a calendar feed for any calendar app.

Saturday away game, sorted on Wednesday

Walkthrough

The U15 plays away on Saturday at 16:00.

  1. The game is already in the calendar from the league schedule.

  2. Players and parents reply by Thursday evening; the reminder goes out on Wednesday.

  3. Two parents offer seats in the carpool, five kids book them.

  4. On Friday the coach picks the squad from the yes replies and turns it into the lineup.

Tips from the rink

  • Set the reply deadline a day before the lineup is due; the reminders do the chasing for you.

  • Let parents mark holidays once; every event in that week answers no on its own.

  • Subscribe to the calendar feed on your phone and never open another app to see the next practice.

Questions

Can we keep using our current team app for a while?

Yes. Calendar feeds run in both directions, so the two can coexist while the team moves over.

Who sees why a player said no?

Only the team staff. Reasons are kept coarse on purpose, and other players only see counts.

Does it work for several children in different teams?

Yes. Parents see all their children’s events in one calendar and one inbox, tagged by team and club.
