Paper, perfectly filled in.

HockeyOnline prints every form your game needs. For league games the pre-game form, game report, lineup sheet, shootout form and supplementary report come out like eGREP’s. For games that never go to the league server, like friendlies and youth tournaments, it fills in the official paper forms from the recorded game: the game report, the supplementary report and the small-field tournament form for U7, U9 and U11.

Who uses it: Scorekeepers, tournament organizers and team managers who still have to hand in paper.

How it works

  1. Record the game

Rosters, goals, penalties and officials, exactly like a league game.

  2. Pick the form

eGREP printouts for league games, the official paper forms for everything else.

  3. Print or save as PDF

Every field filled in from the game, only the signatures left blank.

  4. Sign and hand in

Coaches and officials sign, the form goes to the federation as always.

What you can do

eGREP printouts

Pre-game form, game report, lineup sheet, shootout form and supplementary report follow eGREP’s own templates, with the same layout as eGREP’s printouts.

The paper game report
For friendlies and non-league games: rosters, goals with assists and strength, penalties with reason codes, goalkeeper changes, timeouts and officials.
Supplementary report
Including the variant for a referee working alone, with every checkbox and reason line.
Youth tournament form
The small-field form for U7, U9 and U11: four teams, six games on two fields, and each player’s line color per game.

A U9 tournament, on paper in minutes

Walkthrough

Four teams, six games on two fields, one Saturday morning.

  1. Enter the four rosters once.

  2. Record each game: results and major penalties, lines by armband color.

  3. Print the tournament form: every roster, color and result is already there.

  4. Both coaches sign, the organizer sends it off.

Tips from the rink

  • Print the empty but pre-filled form before the tournament as a backup; it already carries every roster.

  • Save the PDF next to the printout: the federation office will love you when they ask again in March.

  • For U9, remember that only major penalties go on the form; HockeyOnline leaves the rest out for you.

Questions

Do the printouts look like eGREP’s?

Yes. The HTML printouts follow eGREP’s templates and have the same layout. The PDF paper forms are overlays on the official forms.

Which forms work for games that do not go to the league server?

The official paper game report, the supplementary report and the small-field tournament form for U7, U9 and U11.

Can we print an empty form?

Yes, pre-filled with rosters and game data, so a pen can take over if needed.
