Built for arenas where the Wi-Fi gives up first.
HockeyOnline saves every entry on the device within a moment of making it. If the connection drops in the middle of a game, nothing is lost and you keep working; the updates wait in an outbox and go out as soon as the connection returns. Installed as an app, HockeyOnline even starts with no network at all.
Who uses it: Every scorekeeper in every rink with a Wi-Fi that has seen better days.

-
Queue the updates
Live updates wait in an outbox with automatic retry.

Tips from the rink
Install HockeyOnline as an app on the scorekeeper tablet once; after that it starts even in a concrete bunker.
Open the game at home or in the car park if the rink has no signal; the game night then runs fully offline.
A phone hotspot is enough to send the final report after the game.

Questions
Does HockeyOnline need internet during the game?
No. You need a connection to load the game and to upload, but the game itself can be recorded entirely offline.
Where is the data stored?
On the device, in the browser’s storage, until you delete it. It goes to the league server only when the scorekeeper sends it; HockeyOnline keeps no copy on its own servers.
What happens to the other devices when the table is offline?
They catch up the moment the table is back online; the scoreboard on the same computer keeps running throughout.
