The lineup arrives finished. And signed.

With team lineups, every team prepares and submits its own lineup for a game, the scorekeeper only reviews it, and team officials sign it on their phone. The drawn signature is printed on the official lineup exactly where eGREP puts the signature line.

Who uses it: Team managers and coaches of both teams, and the scorekeeper who reviews and locks the lineup.

How it works

  1. Build the lineup

The team manager picks players, jersey numbers, captains and the starting goalkeeper, straight from the squad.

  2. Sign on the phone

Team manager and coach sign with a finger.

  3. Submit

The lineup lands at the host club’s table before the bus arrives.

  4. Review and lock

The scorekeeper checks and locks it; the signatures print on the official lineup.

Lineup day, the new way

Walkthrough

Away game on Saturday.

  1. On Friday the team manager builds the lineup from the players who said yes.

  2. On Saturday the coach adds a late change and both sign.

  3. The host club’s scorekeeper opens the game, reviews the lineup and locks it.

Tips from the rink

  • Build the lineup from the attendance replies in team management: whoever said yes is one tap away.

  • Sign on the bus; the lineup is at the rink before you are.

  • Late change? Edit and sign again; the scorekeeper sees the new version instantly.

What’s in it

  • Lineup check by the scorekeeper: jerseys, starting goalkeeper, captains, team colors
  • Lineup preparation and submission by each team
  • Signatures on the phone, printed on the official lineup

Questions

Who has to sign the lineup?

At least the team manager, and in most leagues the coach as well. The signature fields follow the eGREP print template.

Does a digital signature replace paper?

Signatures drawn on the phone are embedded into the printed report. Whether a league accepts that is the league’s decision.
